We invest in two broad categories

• Core investments, and;

• Non-core investments.

Core investments are based on a partnership model, whereby the company invested in and Investments International work collaboratively. Investments International Corporation will make investments and be actively involved with management generally through board representation, and as a result have a degree of influence over the company. The portfolio of core investments is monitored by frequent communication with management and regular analysis of financial and operational results. Investments International believes it can significantly value add by providing advice regarding strategic matters, including the evaluation and implementation of acquisition and divesture opportunities, funding (debt and equity) and business planning to help mitigate risk and maximise return on investment.

Non-core investments are based on achieving superior returns through special situations such as volatile and oversold markets. Unlike core investments, Investments International Corporation may not take board positions in noncore investments. Investments International Corporation will seek to make active investments in companies where attractive investment opportunities exist in key market sectors that we have identified. Investments International Corporation will be opportunistic in relation to these investments to achieve superior returns. Investment opportunities will be based on a broad set of principles, including;

investing in small to medium sized companies that are growth businesses in identified market sectors;

taking advantage of corporate transactions (takeovers, mergers, capital raising, and sell downs), and;

investing in companies where securities are being issued or sold or investment opportunities exist below the current market price or fundamental valuations or a restructuring of the business entity will substantially increase the value of invested capital.

Investments International Corporation will primarily invest in retirement and health care services, associated short turn around property developments and small to medium based enterprises. There will be circumstances where Investments International Corporation may also make investments outside of these sectors but they will need to be in an identified growth or emerging sector with patent protected, commercially proven and regulatory approved technology.
